We hope you enjoy a wonderfully relaxing and memorable stay. Every detail of this home has been designed with attention, warmth, and care, combining soft, neutral tones with high-quality materials to create a refined yet inviting atmosphere. This space has been created for those who value quality, tranquility, and a well-maintained environment.

To preserve this level of comfort, style, and care for you and future guests, we kindly ask that you treat the home and its facilities with respect and consideration.

GENERAL CARE AND USE

• Please treat the home, interior, and facilities with care.
• Use heating, lighting, and wellness facilities responsibly and energy-efficiently.
• Only switch on wellness facilities when they are in use and avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

BABY CHANGING

If requested, a made-up baby cot will be prepared for you upon arrival.

We kindly ask that you use only the provided changing table when changing your baby. A changing mat can be found in the bottom drawer of the baby cot (without a cover). Please bring your own cover or muslin cloth.

PRACTICAL HOUSE GUIDELINES

IMPORTANT NOTICE

These Guest Guidelines form part of the Rental Agreement and the House Rules & Additional Damage Liability document applicable to your stay. Please ensure that you and all members of your party have read, understood, and taken notice of these guidelines.

To help maintain the quality, comfort, and atmosphere of BLISS for all guests, we kindly ask that these guidelines are followed at all times.

Please note that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in additional charges, deductions from the security deposit, liability for damages, or other measures as described in the Rental Agreement and the House Rules & Additional Damage Liability document.

OCCUPANCY & VISITORS

• The property may only be used by the number of guests stated in the reservation.
• Additional guests or visitors are not permitted without prior written approval.

RESPECT & SURROUNDINGS

• Please respect the peace, safety, and surroundings at all times.
• Be considerate of neighbours and other park guests.

SHOE POLICY

• We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the home.
• Thanks to the underfloor heating, the home remains comfortably warm.
• Shoes may be stored in the hallway or placed on the doormat in front of the utility cupboard.
• Slippers are available for use on the terrace.

SMOKING AND VAPING

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
• Outdoors, smoking is only permitted on the terrace, in the dining area, or on the designated seating areas.
• Please use the ashtray provided.
• Do not leave cigarette butts in the grass or on the terrace.

WELLNESS FACILITIES

• Hard plastic glasses are available for use on the terrace and in the jacuzzi.
• Do not sit, stand or jump on the jacuzzi cover.
• Glassware is not permitted on the terrace or in the jacuzzi for safety reasons.
• Always follow the provided operating and safety instructions for the jacuzzi and sauna.
• Please shower before using the jacuzzi.
• Magnesium bath salts are intended for use in the indoor bath only.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR USE

• Indoor furniture and interior items must remain indoors.
• Outdoor furniture and outdoor items must remain outdoors.

PETS

• Pets are not permitted in the home or on the property.

WASTE & CLEANLINESS

• Dispose of waste in the designated containers located near the entrance of the park.
• All waste must be removed before departure.
• We kindly ask that you leave the home and property tidy and free of food waste, cigarette butts, and general rubbish.

FIRE PIT & BARBECUE

• Open fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit.
• The fire pit must never be left unattended while lit.
• Barbecuing is only permitted using the barbecue provided.
• Guests are responsible for bringing their own barbecue supplies.
• The barbecue should be left clean after use.

REPORTING DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTIONS

Should anything become damaged or broken during your stay, or should you notice a malfunction, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, preferably including a photo. This allows us to provide a suitable solution quickly if required.

USE OF EQUIPMENT

• Always follow the provided operating and safety instructions.
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose.

INTERNET USE

• WiFi is provided for normal and lawful use only.
• Illegal downloading or misuse of the internet connection is not permitted.
